You can check out as a guest without needing to create a Rostanvo account. But an account will save your order history and allow for a faster checkout process in future

Your username is the e-mail address you use when you order with Rostanvo.

On the login page click on the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link underneath the username and password fields. You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.

Initially we planned on releasing 3 different tensions, just like the other manufacturers.  But the more we looked into it, and the more we listened to our strings, we realised it wasn't necessary.  Our packaging indicates 3 different tensions, but this was an early design.  When we go to print next for new packaging, this will be removed.
