How Returns Work

It's simple - if you don't like the strings, send them back & get a full refund even if used!

You have 14 days upon receiving the strings to try them and decide if they are for you.  We strongly recommend you stick with the strings for at least a week to allow them to settle.  Your ear will also need to adjust to the new sound and tonal possibilities they create.

In the unlikely event you want to return your order, get in touch via our contact form or via email.  If we can't resolve any issues we will let you know where to send the strings.

You will be liable to cover the shipping costs but you don't need to send tracked.  Regular mail is fine.

You can also send in a regular letter envelope rather than either a padded envelope or parcel.  Including our original packaging is optional.  This should keep postage costs down.  You will need to keep a receipt and obtain proof of postage at the point of sending.  We need this if your return gets lost in the post.

Once we receive the parcel, we'll process your return in 24hours.

Lastly, please note that you can only return used strings once.  Future returns will not be permissible.
